Arch Town Planners is a professional Town Planning company which specializes in applying for and obtaining land use development rights through various application processes including rezoning, consent use, departures, removal of restrictive title deed conditions, technical approvals, appeals and subdivisions. Arch Town Planners also provides Project Management services during the planning phase of developments to assist the client to identify, appoint and manage qualified and experienced consultants, such as Environmental, Heritage and Agricultural consultants, Architects and Engineers to ensure that all legally required processes are followed, complied with and approvals obtained (such as environmental and heritage approvals) to allow for proposed developments. To help clients to identify the risks involved in development proposals, Arch Town Planners also undertakes Land Use Feasibility Studies to identify possible risks and provide solutions to unlock the maximum development potential of each site.
